Monday. 15th October.
Felt very shivery in bed during the night. Woke up rather fluey.Wonder if it was result of the flu jag I got last Thursday. Had to cancel appointment at ENT but got another for 30th. Stayed in bed till late. After getting dressed, felt a bit wonky so lay lay on bed again. Helen phoned, then came up with soup and stayed a wee while. Slept most of afternoon, put electric heat pad on. Felt a bit better later, but did nothing for rest of day. Margo phoned, but told her I was OK. Stephen phoned to say he’s coming in to make my meal for me on way home from work tomorrow. Put big winter quilt on bed. Miss cuddles from John to heat me up.
